One of my favorite fried chicken places You'll get to walk up and place your order after waiting in line, but it is definitely worth it . I haven't tried a lot on the menu yet, but I don't get there very often and look forward to it
Fried chicken to remind you of the south that tops the colonels recipe. Service is what you'd expect for a small town chicken shop and well the ambiance fits the service style. Love it or leave it. You'll regret leaving it.
Absolutely great food with all the southern comforts! My family enjoys the chicken, of course, but the loaded potatoes, salad, and the corn balls are just as appetizing!

Surprisingly good food for what I would call a local hole in the wall restaurant. Love their chicken filet sandwich. I wish their fries were a little better, but overall I have few complaints. One of the best places in the Washington Community
Okay I have now found my fried chicken place!!! It may be a drive from Athens but it's closer than Price's Chicken Coop in Charlotte which has closed. Chicken was cooked perfectly and love the crunchy skin. We did learn to check to see if they have chicken...they sold out before 2PM on Christmas Eve!
The chicken is cooked to perfection. Crisp and juicy! I really enjoyed the side of fries and the dinner rolls. The food they serve would be great for your next picnic or family reunion. The staff was super friendly and service was quick.
Great fried chicken is the ticket at this local drive-in. Not a heavy coating--here you taste the chicken and not the spices. Solid wings too. What more do you want? Always busy at lunch time but worth the wait.
Spicy tenders are ok. Hubby liked the livers. Will something different next time. The hours are 11-7 mon-sat closed on Sunday Very nice employees
